AVP, Client Services, Implementation and Process Optimization, Assurant Canada
Jennifer Russell currently leads Client Services, Implementation and Process Optimization at Assurant in Canada. In this role, she provides strategic oversight to the Client Relationship team, the Project Management Office and the Business Process Optimization team. Jennifer ensures these teams are working in unison with all other departments to support strategic client growth, seamless execution of initiatives and optimizing program performance.Jennifer joined Assurant in 2004 after studying at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. As her career with Assurant grew, Jennifer was repeatedly recognized for top performance through multiple promotions and selection for high-priority initiatives. She brings a deep knowledge of the many facets of Assurant’s offerings having supported client growth in all lines of business. Jennifer has won both the Top Notch Recognition Award and the Client First Award. She is an accredited Project Management Professional, having completed her certification in November 2017.Jennifer resides in Canmore, Alberta and as a champion of animal well-being, is passionate supporter of the SPCA.
