Nadine Morsch

Vice President, Human Resources Assurant Canada

Nadine joined Assurant Solutions in August 2006 as Director, Human Resources for Canada.  In 2010, Nadine was promoted to Vice President and assumed a regional role for Canada and China.  Her role expanded to support APAC and included global responsibility for Digital and Data Analytics.  She continued in this role for 7 years and then switched to her most current role which is support for the Canadian business and Global Supply Chain. She has been instrumental in supporting the Assurant culture while respecting local cultures and growing talent around the globe.  She has coached talent at various levels and from across the business.  Nadine’s career includes Human Resources roles in variety of Fortune 500 companies and several industries including manufacturing, professional and financial services.  Her primary focus areas include global talent management, total rewards, strategic organizational planning, leadership effectiveness and strategic business partner support.
