National Make A Difference Day: Protecting What Matters
At Assurant, we help people protect the things they buy – like appliances, furniture, jewelry and phones. We also believe in strengthening the communities where we live and work by helping to fight homelessness and poverty, protect the environment and make a difference where we can.
That’s why National Make A Difference Day is so important to us.
Not only is it an opportunity to give back to our local communities, but a chance to show that anyone, no matter how big or small their contribution, can make an impact.
In 2019 alone, we’ve given more than $4 million to organizations like Habitat for Humanity, The United Way, Meals on Wheels, the American Red Cross and many other local and national charities worldwide.
And, with a little help from you, we plan to do a lot more.
From Oct. 21 – 26, we’re donating up to $20,000 from proceeds of all Assurant protection plan sales through our online store to Move For Hunger, a non-profit organization that helps feed families in need across the country.
